SassySistersCreations is NOT RESPONSIBLE for your package once the item is shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent out once the item has shipped. Once the item has shipped I am no longer responsible for your item.

For packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit please contact USPS to file a claim, or answer any questions you may have.

Return Policy
